“you can’t make a lawful good character interesting and enjoyable”:
Lawful Good is such a good alignment because it’s so easy to create conflict where doing what’s Lawful isn’t always what’s Good, and your character is forced to choose which is more important to them. Too often writers either avoid these situations or create some outside force to resolve the issue so that the LG character doesn’t have to think too hard about picking a side.
Basically if you can’t make an interesting Lawful Good character you’re not a good writer.
These November’s illustrations are for one rus fic called Call me by my name (Позови меня по имени)in which Kylo and Hux met in a FO’s resort and then had relationships for 5 years but had to break up because of Hux’s promotion and some of his new responsibilities. After two more years Hux got injured and couldn’t talk anymore. Kylo immediately decides to help him. One day, during his visit to Hux’s quarters in order to report him on the ship’s condition, he recalled young Major Hux reading in one of the resort’s garden and understood he still loved him no matter what.
